This Privacy Policy explains what data NeelWin collects, why, and what rights you have over it. The short version: we collect very little, and we never sell it.

1. What We Collect

NeelWin does not require an account to play. We do not collect names, phone numbers, Aadhaar numbers, PAN details, bank details, or UPI IDs for gameplay.

The only data we process falls into three categories:

• Server logs. Standard web server logs capture IP address, browser type, operating system, page visited, and timestamp. These are used for security and aggregate analytics only and are retained for up to 30 days.
• Local game data. Game progress, best scores, and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly create an account and opt in to sync.
• Account data (optional). If you register, we store the email address you provide and a securely hashed password. Nothing else is required.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• Payment information — we have no payment system because NeelWin has no paid features
• Government identification numbers of any kind
• Phone numbers, contacts, or address book data
• Location data beyond the coarse IP-based region used in server logs
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Biometric data or camera/microphone access

3. How We Use Data

We use the limited data we collect for exactly four purposes:

1. Operating the platform and serving pages
2. Protecting against abuse, scraping, and security threats
3. Understanding aggregate usage patterns (e.g., which games are most played)
4. Communicating with you about your account if you have one (password reset, security notices)

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

NeelWin uses a small number of first-party cookies for session handling and anonymous analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell cookie data to any external party.

You can block all cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the games. The only side effect is that your session may not persist between visits, and account-based features will require re-login each time.

5. Third Parties

NeelWin does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share user data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not run gambling, betting, or real-money gaming affiliate links.

We use a limited number of infrastructure providers (web hosting, email delivery for password reset, and analytics) who process data strictly on our behalf and are contractually bound to confidentiality.

6. Data Retention

Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, all associated data is removed within 7 working days.

7. Your Rights

As a user in India, you have the following rights over your personal data:

• Right to access — you can request a copy of what we hold about you
• Right to correction — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to deletion — you can ask us to delete your account and associated data
• Right to object — you can object to processing you disagree with
• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time

8. Children's Privacy

NeelWin is designed for an 18+ audience. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered an account, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect data: HTTPS everywhere, hashed password storage, and access controls on internal systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and proportionate steps to protect user data.

10. International Transfers

NeelWin serves users primarily in India. Data may be processed on servers located outside India by our infrastructure providers. Where this happens, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
